2 oz First Light Dark Roast Coffee Whiskey
6 oz Topo Chico / Sparkling Water
Fill a glass with ice and add First Light, top with Topo Chico, stir and serve. Garnish with fresh or candied orange.
2 oz Dark Roast Coffee Whiskey
1.5 oz Pumpkin Spice Syrup
Shake ingredients over ice vigorously. Pour into a martini or coup glass. Top with pumpkin whipped cream.

1 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
1.5 T Aquafaba
Shake vigorously and pour up or on the rocks.
