Ingredients

1 PACK THICK CUT BACON

1/2 C FIRST LIGHT ORIGINAL COFFEE WHISKEY

1/2 C + 2 T BROWN SUGAR

PINCH OF CAYENNE PEPPER (OPTIONAL)

Preheat oven to 350ºF. In a small saucepan over medium heat mix Original Coffee Whiskey with 1/2 C brown sugar and cayenne pepper. Stir and bring to a boil before reducing heat to medium-low. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, then remove from stovetop. Drop each piece of bacon in the mixture, then shake off excess liquid before placing on a rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle with remaining brown sugar. Bake 18-22 minutes and allow to cool slightly before serving.
